Bluffland Leather Co.

Privacy

Short version: this site keeps anonymous usage statistics so we can see which pieces people look at and where the shop confuses them. That is all. Nothing is sold, nothing feeds an ad network, and there are no Google or Facebook trackers here.

What gets counted

We run an analytics program called Matomo on our own server. It counts pages visited, pieces opened, buttons tapped, how far a page was scrolled, roughly where in the world a visit came from (city level), and what kind of device was used. It is set to work without cookies.

What does not get collected

Your name, your address, and your payment details never enter the statistics. When card payments are enabled, they are handled by Square on their side; your card number never touches this website. The order form asks for the details needed to ship your piece, and those are used for that order and nothing else.
